Our Story
Chris and Ashley both grew up in real estate. Chris’ dad, Mike, was a Team Leader for Keller Williams, and Ashley’s mom is still a managing broker in Iowa. The Mullenberg Team was founded in 2013, and we are now in the top 1% in sales volume in the Northern Colorado market! We are active members of the National Association of Realtors and the Fort Collins Board of Realtors.
Chris has been an acting Team Leader at eXp Realty. He is also active in coaching new agents! Ashley is involved in the community by volunteering to make NOCO more environmentally friendly and supports Bounce Animal Rescue.

Ashley Mullenberg
After many years in the customer service industry, I decided I wanted to help folks with something meaningful in their lives — like buying a home! I enjoy helping people with major life decisions that move them to a better place. As your Realtor, I am committed to you and your goals to ensure that you have a great buying or selling experience.
In my spare time, I enjoy exploring the endless outdoor opportunities that Colorado has to offer and practicing yoga. I also spend a lot of time with our two dogs!

LIZ KANE
Born in Montclair, NJ, a Graduate of Rutgers University and a resident of CO since 1993. I am married to my best friend from College and we have two Daughters 18 & 22, great ages to watch as they embark on Adulthood. I am a licensed Team Administrator devoted to streamlining systems, processes and procedures to make EVERY transaction a smooth one. Our behind the scenes focus is on our customers, making sure contracts are accurate and compliant, that the vendors needed are top notch and reliable and that all communication and negotiations are in the best interest of our clients.
